<span lang="EN-US">Photovoltaic (PV) panels have drawback of having their peak power reduced when clouds or shade are present. Furthermore, it is only available while the sun shine. Nearby structures, plants, bird droppings, and other obstacles operating photovoltaic devices, effectively reducing incident solar radiation produced by modules. When these PV exposed to partial shading, efficiency reduced. A neural network with a kind artificial used in suggested hybrid method (ANN). The key focus this article use environmental effects dependent on shading get maximum performance from system. solution tested MATLAB/Simulink working platform using test cases, compared approaches. Additionally, best options for procedure, current, voltage, examined.</span>
